Ana came to SFFS in the fall of 2008 with more than five years of full-service facilities operations and twenty years of executive housekeeping experience.  Ana previously worked at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena as Custodial Manager, where she not only supervised custodial staff, but also coordinated weddings, business meetings and conferences. A native of Chile, Ana currently lives in Vallejo with her son Michael. In her spare time, she enjoys playing basketball and reading about ways to improve her skills in landscaping, plumbing, electrical and general building management.
