Application Materials 
The Kindergarten application deadline is Wednesday, December 14, 2011.
We are no longer accepting Kindergarten applications.
The 1st - 4th grade application deadline is Wednesday, January 18, 2012.
We do not anticipate any openings for grades 1 - 4 for the fall of 2012 but you may still apply and we will keep your application on file. If we learn we have openings, we will contact you to begin processing your application.

Once you click the link you will be directed to a page that asks you to either “register” or “login.” First time visitors will need to “register” to create a unique name and password to begin the application. We do not see any of the writing until it is submitted to us, so be assured that you have the utmost privacy while you are completing your application.
If you are applying for more than one child, a separate application must be completed for each child.
Completing your application early in the process will give you optimum flexibility in scheduling your child's visit and your parent interview.
A teacher recommendation form is required. (We use the Bay Area Independent School Common form.) Sign and submit the Teacher Recommendation form to your child’s current teacher. The teacher should send this form directly to San Francisco Friends School by January 18, 2012.
