The Middle School (5th - 8th grades) application deadline is Wednesday, January 18, 2012.

Once you click the link you will be directed to a page that asks you to either “register” or “login.” First time visitors will need to “register” to create a unique name and password to begin the application. We do not see any of the writing until it is submitted to us, so be assured that you have the utmost privacy while you are completing your application.
If you are applying for more than one child, a separate application must be completed for each child.
Middle School Student Statement Please print and have student complete. Due on January 18, 2012.
Middle School Records Release Request Form Please print, sign and deliver to current schools Registrar. Due on January 18, 2012.
Teacher Recommendation Form Please print, sign and deliver to two of your child's current teachers. Due on January 18, 2012.
